2011 Registration Prices

Single Adult

Early Bird Single Adult - $220 (until 30 September 2010)
Early Bird Single Adult + Hillsong 2011 // One Day - $240 (until 30 September 2010)

Group Adult (10 or more)
Early Bird Group Adult - $199 (until 30 September 2010)**
Early Bird Group Adult + Hillsong 2011 // One Day - $219 (until 30 September 2010)**

** Group registrations are not available online.   Any online registrations as part of a group will be charged at the single registration rate. Group rates are available for 10 or more adults; the first 10 must register at one time. Please print [this form] and mail or fax to the Conference Office if you would like to register at the Group Adult Rate.  Please note the conditions of Group Registrations listed on the Registration Form.

Cancellations

We understand that people's circumstances can change and provide the following alternatives to assist you. Cancellations or transfers (subject to availability) can be arranged by writing to the Hillsong Conference Office before 1st June 2011. You are able to transfer your registration (only once) to another person or to the following conference year at no extra cost. Registrations can be cancelled and refunded for an administration cost of $55 per person. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. From time to time there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please contact our office to discuss this further. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

Group Registrations

(1) Those who have registered 10 or more adults and have not provided full details of each group member must provide those details by 31st March 2011, or those registrations will be considered invalid.

(2) For groups of 20 or more, you will not be able to merge your group with another. Registrations purchased at the Conference Special Rate are only valid for Hillsong 2011.

Seating

Please register together to sit together. The group you register with is who you will be seated with. Please take this into consideration when registering your children. You must register together to sit together. If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by 1st April 2011. You are entitled to one (1) carer, family member or friend to sit with you. Please name this already registered delegate in your request. If your registration form is incomplete it will be held back and your registration will not be complete until it has been resolved. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

Visas

If you require assistance with a visa to attend the conference, please contact the Conference Office in writing by 1st May 2011. No assistance will be given after this date. Assistance will come in the form of a confirmation letter sent to you via fax and Hillsong Conference will notify Australian immigration on your behalf of your intention to attend Hillsong Conference 2011.

Translations

Please note that ALL ADULT sessions will be in ENGLISH. If you require translation, it will cost $55 per person for the entire week. Your group must request this in writing to hillsongconference@hillsong.com prior to 15th May 2011. Please note: limited languages and seats available, and only in main sessions. Also, all JAM and KIDSONG WORLD sessions are in English only - translation is not available for these sessions.

GST

The registration price of the conference does not include GST as the conference is considered a 'Religious Service.'

Disclaimers

The conference experience will be captured in both photographs and video. Hillsong Conference reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes. Hillsong Conference recommends that you confirm your registration with our office prior to booking any flights &/or accommodation. The Hillsong Conference Office does not accept any responsibility for losses incurred for flights &/or accommodation booked for the conference. The organisers of Hillsong Conference reserve the right to change any of the published conference details without notice and have the final say on any matter relating to the conference.
