REGISTRATION PRICES
Single Adult - $239 (10 December 2009 – 31 January 2010)
Single Adult - $259 (1 February 2010 – 31 March 2010)

** Group registrations are not available online. Any online registrations as part of a group will be charged at the single registration rate. Group rates are available for 10 or more adults; the first 10 must register at one time. Please print [this form] and mail or fax to the Conference Office if you would like to register at the Group Adult Rate. Please note the conditions of Group Registrations listed on the Registration Form.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ADULT SESSIONS WILL BE IN ENGLISH. If you require translation, it will cost $35 per person for the entire week. Your group must request this in writing to hillsongconference@hillsong.com prior to 15th May 2010. Please note: limited languages and seats available, and only in main sessions. Also, all JAM UNITED and KIDSONG WORLD sessions are in English only - translation is not available for these sessions.
Seating
Please register together to sit together. The group you register with is who you will be seated with. Once your seat has been allocated you are unable to make changes or additions to this. Please take this into consideration when registering your children. You must register together to sit together.
Special Seating: If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by 1st April 2010. You are entitled to one (1) carer, family member or friend to sit with you. Please name this already registered delegate in your request. If registration form is incomplete it will be held back and not allocated a ticketed seat until it has been resolved. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.
Conference Group Leader: Who you register with is who you will be seated with for the Conference. Please ensure your group registers in the same transaction and selects the same Group Leader. Your nominated Group Leader must be a delegate in your group who you give permission to access your registration information and make decisions on your behalf regarding your registration for the conference.
Visas
If you require assistance with a visa to attend the conference, please contact the conference office in writing by 1st May 2010. No assistance will be given after this date. Assistance will come in the form of a confirmation letter sent to you via fax and the Hillsong Conference Office will notify Australian Immigration on your behalf of your intention to attend Hillsong Conference 2010.
